No Attorney-Client Relationship

Contacting us through the Site, whether by form or by email, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have checked for conflicts of interest and both you and Paluska Law have signed a written engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until that relationship exists. Information you send before an engagement is in place is not protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Attorney Advertising

The Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules that govern Oregon lawyers. Prior results described anywhere on the Site do not guarantee a similar outcome in any other matter.
