Accessibility Statement

Paluska Law is committed to making this website usable for visitors of all abilities.

Paluska Law (“Paluska Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making paluskalaw.com (the “Site”) usable for as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Our Commitment

We work toward conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, are the recognized standard for making web content easier to use for people with a wide range of abilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix, and we review the Site over time as content is added and updated.

Steps We Have Taken

Measures that support accessibility on the Site include a clear and consistent page structure, text that can be resized in your browser, a color palette chosen for readable contrast, descriptive text for meaningful images, and a “skip to content” link so keyboard users can move past the navigation. The Site is built to work across common browsers, phones, and tablets.

Third-Party Content

Some content on the Site, such as embedded maps or links to other websites, is provided by outside services. We do not control the accessibility of content we do not operate, though we work to choose services that support accessibility.

Tell Us How We Are Doing

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or you use assistive technology and something is not working for you, we want to know so we can help you and improve the Site. Please tell us the page and describe the problem so we can find it quickly.
